Web3Forms follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

We use the following core infrastructure providers to operate the Service: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, database, and email delivery via Amazon SES), Cloudflare (content delivery, DNS, and security), and Hetzner (application infrastructure). Form submissions, uploaded file attachments, and notification emails are processed through this infrastructure. A current list of sub-processors is maintained in our Data Processing Agreement.
Account information is retained for the life of your account. Form submission data is retained for a maximum of three years from the date of submission, after which it is automatically deleted, unless a shorter period applies to your plan or you delete it earlier. Server logs are deleted on a regular basis.
We operate from India and use infrastructure providers that may process data in multiple regions. Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, including the Standard Contractual Clauses, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
